The Socio-Economic Program

The Socio-Economic Program was introduced in the Yadana pipeline region in 1995, in line with one of the principles stated in Total E&P Myanmar’s Code of Conduct: contribute to the economic and social development of host countries, and in particular local communities.
Since 2001, the Socio-Economic Program’s scope has expanded beyond the pipeline region, all the way to Yangon.
