The socio-economic program
|

Launched in early 1995 in the pipe area, to create a climate of trust and to foster sustainable local development. |

- Infrastructure: permanent roads, bridges (24), local clinics (8), schools (64)
- Main achievement: peace and eradication of forced labour |
